# Các lỗi liên quan đến máy in

1. Đã cấu hình máy in nhưng app báo **Chưa thiết lập thiết bị**

3. **In thử thành công, in bill không được**

**Để khắc phục các lỗi liên quan đến máy in, bạn có thể thử các bước xử lý sau:**

1. **Kiểm tra lại cấu hình máy in**
   * Đảm bảo cài đặt máy in trong app đúng với hướng dẫn cấu hình. Kiểm tra các kết nối (USB, mạng) và xác nhận máy in đã được chọn làm thiết bị mặc định.
2. **Reset lại máy in**
   * Tắt nguồn máy in, chờ một lúc rồi bật lại để thiết lập lại kết nối. Việc này có thể giúp máy in nhận diện lại cài đặt từ đầu.
3. **Restart máy tính tiền**
   * Khởi động lại máy tính tiền (POS) để chắc chắn rằng tất cả các thiết bị và cài đặt trong app được làm mới, có thể giải quyết các lỗi nhận diện thiết bị.
